I'm writing to commend Sacari. I need to schedule a CT scan but have claustrophobia which makes it difficult for me to endure a procedure that confines/restricts me. I have spoken twice with Sacari about this issue and she has demonstrated the perfect balance of professionalism and understanding. Today, she facilitated my brief visit to the procedure room where I spoke with the technicians who perform the CT scan. This was extremely helpful to me.
