biography

Vijay Viswanathan lives in Middletown, Delaware. He grew up in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and attended Emory University for college, followed by medical school at Texas A&M University. He completed his radiology residency at Harlem Hospital/Columbia University, nuclear medicine residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, and his neuroradiology fellowship at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School. For the past thirteen years, he was a partner in a private practice group serving central and southern Delaware. 

Vijay and his wife, daughter (12), and son (10), enjoy spending time at the Delaware beaches, skiing, as well as traveling throughout the United States and overseas.
