Biography
Dr. Lipson graduated from the University of San Francisco Medical School as a member of Alpha Omega Medical Society (top quartile of his class). He completed his residency and fellowship at USCF specializing in Ultrasound and Body MR. Dr. Lipson was Junior Faculty at UCSF after training and then spent several years in Southern California as Associate Director of Imaging at Long Beach Memorial Hospital. He is currently the Director of Abdominal Imaging for Bay Imaging Consultants and is an expert in prostate imaging and multidetector CT. Dr. Lipson has given numerous academic presentations and published several peer review articles. He is sole author of Multidetector CT and 3D workstations: A practical guide and teaching file.
