Cody Rose is a highly accomplished executive leader with a distinguished career of over 25 years driving financial excellence and operational growth across multiple industries with the majority spent in healthcare. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an MBA with a concentration in Finance, Cody specializes in aligning complex financial strategies with overarching business objectives to deliver measurable bottom-line results. Throughout his career, Cody has established a reputation as a catalyst for financial transformation.

Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Finance, Cody oversees all financial and accounting operations. In this role, he manages the financial health of our group, and his leadership is defined by a data-driven approach to growth. He remains committed to building a high-performing finance team and scaling our organization through strategic precision and visionary leadership. Prior to joining Bay Imaging, Cody held positions with increasing responsibility at Grant Thornton, Clorox, Kaiser Permanente, and Blue Shield of California.

Outside of work, Cody volunteers his time to non-profit organizations in his community. In his free time he enjoys spending quality time with his family along with playing and watching sports.
