Nayir Felix

With over 15 years of HR leadership experience across highly regulated industries, Nayir Felix brings a strategic and people-centered approach to driving organizational change. Nayir is passionate about preparing teams for the future of work through skill-building, leadership development, and strategic implementation of emerging technologies.

Prior to joining Bay Medical Management and Bay Imaging Consultants Group, Nayir held multiple executive leadership roles, including serving as Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, and President for small to midsized companies in highly regulated industries. Her career spans HR, operations, and administration, with a focus on aligning talent strategies to business goals in complex, rapidly evolving environments.

Nayir is a current candidate for her MBA from Saint Mary’s College of California and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Francisco State University. She is a certified SHRM-SCP and PHR.

Outside of work, Nayir has served on multiple boards and volunteers her time to non-profit organizations in her community. In her free time, she enjoys portrait painting, hiking with her dog, and spending quality time with her family.
